About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Centre Principal / Course Instructor to join our team at Akademi Sempoa & Mental Aritmetik UCMAS Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will involve leading and managing our education centre, as well as delivering high-quality instruction to our students.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the education centre, including staff management, student enrolment, and maintaining high standards of service

Delivering engaging and effective lessons in the Sempoa and Mental Arithmetic programmes to students of all ages

Monitoring student progress and providing individualised support and feedback

Collaborating with the wider team to develop and implement curriculum improvements and new initiatives

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Representing the centre at community events and fostering positive relationships with parents and stakeholders

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a teaching or instructional role

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students

Excellent knowledge of Sempoa and Mental Arithmetic teaching methodologies and best practices

A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently

Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications
