Overview

To support the Material Management Department - Central Medical Supply Store (MTR2) in managing and requisition of hospital's inventory for all entities. To supervise MTR 2 team's daily operations. To ensure there is sufficient inventory for MTR2 in line with the current operations demand per company guidelines. To drive departmental process improvement by working closely with internal team and cross functional teams. To develop, implement and maintain departmental policies & procedures in ensuring the content is up to date. Other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Qualifications / Specifications

• Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years9 experience in Materials Management or Store/Logistic environment.
• Prior working experience in the hospital setting or store/logistic industries would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good data analytics and problem solving abilities.
• Able to undertake and meet timely deadlines.
