A leading food service company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking kitchen staff to assist with food preparation and maintain kitchen operations. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, ensuring food safety, operating kitchen equipment, and collaborating with the team to deliver timely products. Ideal candidates should adhere to hygiene standards and be proactive in kitchen maintenance.
Prepare ingredients and finished product according to specific instructions.
Assist with prepping tasks, such as measuring ingredients, monitoring temperatures, and ensuring food & drinks are prepared to the correct specifications based on recipe provided.
Kitchen Operations & Maintenance:
Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment like ovens, table top, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors and taking out trash.
Properly store and label food ingredients and leftovers.
Food Safety & Hygiene:
Follow all established food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent food-borne illnesses and cross-contamination.
Adhere to high standards of hygiene in all food handling and preparation processes.
Inventory & Packaging:
Pack final products according to the correct specifications.
Teamwork & Communication:
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, communicating effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
Help ensure that food products are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
