Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform CDD reviews on all clients before onboarding approval.
  • Communicate with clients by letters/phone to complete reviews before overdue date.
  • Follow-up on deficient cases and issue letters within timelines.
  • Place risk codes for deficient customers and remove on reversion.
  • Interact with stakeholders for final approval.
  • Update MI trackers with progress.
  • Raise SR for static data changes via ICM.
  • Complete all assigned e-learning.
