A leading surveillance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated CCTV operator to monitor surveillance footage, write reports for management, and maintain CCTV equipment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum SPM qualification, be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess strong observational skills. This role requires alertness to any incidents captured on video.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualifications or equivalent.
• Ability to write in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be alert and sharp in observation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV footage and alert the management.
• Operate and maintain CCTV surveillance equipment.
• Store and retrieve CCTV footage as needed.

Job description

CCTV monitoring & write report to be submit to Management.

Able to operate and maintaining the CCTV / Surveillance Equipment.

Able to store CCTV footage and retrieve when required.

Report incidents happen in precise and details manner.

Daily alert and standby to observe the CCTV video / footage.
