The position manages and supports credit controllers, providing structured training and on-the-job coaching to drive capability development and service excellence. The job holder plays a key role in ensuring service timelines and quality standards are achieved in the delivery of CCM (Cash & Credit Management) Credit and Collection services, while also assisting the CCM Manager in all operational matters.
