Overview

The role is responsible for overseeing the execution of credit and collection processes across a group of companies, ensuring strict compliance with group policies and procedures. The position manages and supports credit controllers, providing structured training and on-the-job coaching to drive capability development and service excellence. The job holder plays a key role in ensuring service timelines and quality standards are achieved in the delivery of CCM (Cash & Credit Management) Credit and Collection services, while also assisting the CCM Manager in all operational matters.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise Credit and Collection team through ongoing mentoring and training.
  • Assist in ensuring teams deliverables accuracy, reliability and timely accounting
  • Maintain documentation on Credit and Collection procedures.
  • Ensuring best practices are shared and implemented, creating efficiencies and standard process within the team.
  • Ensuring team meets SLA and stabilization of team/process transition/migration
  • High involvement in process harmonisation and improvements initiatives
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance
Qualification
  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Business. Those pursuing a Professional Accounting qualification would be an asset.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Credit and Collection role, preferably in an international finance shared service company environment.
  • Well-versed with SAP.
