Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy and solutions, including the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firm’s employees achieve their goals. You will lead as well as support the development and implementation of strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, reward and wellbeing, recruiting, onboarding reporting processes and other initiatives.

About The Opportunity

The Talent HR Generalist role is an internal client-facing role where the individual is expected to provide consultative guidance on talent related matters that contributes to the achievement of Service Line strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides the best Talent solutions, advice & insights and performs analysis that will meet business’ strategy and impact business performance
  • Attend to internal Talent queries and provides guidance on employee related matters
  • Extend the support to the business by providing Talent expertise and insights in areas of focus such as performance management, exit interview, reporting, etc
  • Initiates Talent transactions on SuccessFactors for area of focus
  • Identifies potential area for process improvements and makes recommendations to the team
  • Assists with rolling out Talent Team initiatives and other projects as assigned

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A graduate qualification
  • Preferably with 2 to 4 years of working experience in Talent operations or of similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Display positive attitude overcoming challenges, agile in dealing with changes and stay committed in completing assigned tasks
  • Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to exercise good judgment on day-to-day work activities
  • Strong teamwork and work collaboratively in person and virtually
  • Takes initiative and follow through until completion. Attentive to details and efficient in processing high volume transactions
  • Flexible and dependable to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements
