Job description

The HR Business Partner Support Specialist role is an internal client-facing role where the individual is expected to provide consultative guidance on talent related matters that contributes to the achievement of Service Line strategy and objectives.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. You’ll be a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization. Responsibilities

  • Provides the best HR solutions, advice & insights and performs analysis that will meet business’ strategy and impact business performance
  • Attend to internal HR queries and provides guidance on employee related matters
  • Extend the support to the business by providing HR expertise and insights in areas of focus such as performance management, exit interview, reporting, etc
  • Identifies potential area for process improvements and makes recommendations to the team
  • Assists with rolling out Talent Team initiatives and other projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Preferably with 2 to 4 years of working experience in HR operations or of similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset
  • Display positive attitude overcoming challenges, agile in dealing with changes and stay committed in completing assigned tasks
  • Strong teamwork and work collaboratively in person and virtually
  • Attentive to details and efficient in processing high volume transactions
