Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in procurement or business or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years in Indirect Procurement in a cross-cultural, international setting.
• Ability to influence across levels with engaging collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with category managers to develop and execute strategies delivering value and risk mitigation.
• Lead a category support team, prioritizing requests by urgency and impact.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify future value delivery opportunities.
• Support demand planning and business case development to drive adoption.
• Manage suppliers through engagement and alignment with procurement objectives.
• Track KPIs, report progress, and drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize sourcing processes, templates and KPI reviews.
