Job summary

bp is seeking a Category Strategy Support Manager to develop and communicate category strategies that align with business goals and optimize the supply chain. You will create presentations, reports, and strategic documents to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead a category support team, triage requests by urgency and complexity, and collaborate with Category Managers on market analysis, change plans, and long-term agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement or business.
• 10+ years in Indirect Procurement or a similar field.
• Experience working cross-culturally and internationally.
• Ability to influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategy presentations, reports, and decision-support documents.
• Lead a category support team and triage category requests by priority.
• Collaborate with Category Managers on change management and sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive procurement process improvements.
