We are seeking a talented Cashier/Waitress/Kitchen Helper to join our vibrant team at Borneo Island Cafe Sdn. Bhd. in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of a thriving hospitality business.

Our restaurant serving authentic local Borneo Food (eg kolome, Sarawak Laksa, Tuhao, Ambuyat, Babi BBQ and much more). Our restaurant is non-Halal and non Muslim friendly, employees must be NON-MUSLIM.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service as a cashier and waitress

Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as a kitchen helper

Ensure the dining area is kept clean, well-stocked and presentable at all times

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns

Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food quality and service

Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
