Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, QR and other payment transactions.
• Prepare bills, collect payments and provide correct change.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables and dining areas.
• Assist customers with menu enquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Restock supplies and assist with daily restaurant operations.
