Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a retail cashier to provide excellent customer service, assist with purchases, and address inquiries at our Port Klang counter. The role requires handling cash/card transactions, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a hygienic counter area.

The position requires basic math, good communication, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Attractive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work at Port Klang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
• Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
