Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer transactions efficiently via cash, QR pay, debit, and credit cards.
  • Maintain accurate cash balance throughout the shift and during register operations.
  • Reconcile and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling with no discrepancies or shortages.
  • Operate systems and machines with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate strong integrity and honesty in managing company funds.
  • Provide excellent customer service - professional, polite, and reliable at all times.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (cashiering or retail) or fresh graduate are welcome to join.
  • Full-time availability required.
  • Immediate starters are highly preferred.
  • Must be trustworthy, responsible and punctual.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism is essential.
  • 5.5 workdays.
