- Handle customer transactions efficiently via cash, QR pay, debit, and credit cards.
- Maintain accurate cash balance throughout the shift and during register operations.
- Reconcile and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
- Ensure accurate cash handling with no discrepancies or shortages.
- Operate systems and machines with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong integrity and honesty in managing company funds.
- Provide excellent customer service - professional, polite, and reliable at all times.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
Job Requirements
- Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (cashiering or retail) or fresh graduate are welcome to join.
- Full-time availability required.
- Immediate starters are highly preferred.
