Job summary

SEN KEE FOOD TRADING SDN. BHD. in Penang is hiring for a front-of-house position to handle cashier duties, greet customers and assist with menu inquiries. You will process orders, manage payments and upsell while maintaining a clean cashier area and smooth service flow.

The role requires a Diploma or 1 year in F&B, strong customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work long hours with own transport. Training on SOP and safety will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or at least 1 year in F&B is required.
• Strong background in F&B line.
• Team player with leadership, independent and pleasant personality.
• Willing to work long hours and travel within states.
• Own transport for work.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and payments accurately.

• Ensure cash handling and POS transactions are accurate.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report service issues to the supervisor.
