• Frontend customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and maintain till balance.
• Attention to detail in stock monitoring and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish counter stock to avoid shortages.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Manage cash register and monitor stock effectively.
