Job summary

eco-shop Malaysia in Ampang, Selangor, seeks a friendly cashier to support purchases, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will manage cash and card transactions, balance the till, monitor stock, and keep the counter clean and hygienic for a pleasant shopping environment.

This role requires weekend and public holiday availability and will be based at Taman Kosas, Ampang; attractive salary and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish counter stock as needed.
• Check counter equipment daily and report issues promptly.
• Keep counter clean, tidy, and hygienic for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work at Taman Kosas, Ampang, Selangor.
