Job summary

Shiok Collection Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves processing sales transactions, packing paid goods, and coordinating customer pick-ups, with a professional approach to inquiries.

Ideal candidates have cashier/POS experience, familiarity with Excel, and prior exposure to retail or customer service. This is a full-time position with working hours six days a week in KL.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling transactions.
• Prior experience in cashier and POS systems.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support in processing sales transactions.
• Pack paid goods in bags or boxes accordingly.
• Coordinate pick-ups by customer or riders.
• Assist customers with inquiries professionally.
