- To practice proper Appearance, Wording and Manner whenever on duty
- To welcome customer and listen to their concern
- To practice Cashier’s 5-Step consistently
- To solve problems at checkout counter with efficiency. (inquiries, void item, cancel sale, post void etc)
- Customer Satisfaction respond positively and professionally to Customer’s questions, queries, feedback or request.
- Organization Efficiency to play an active role to ensure the safety of storage, sales floor, merchandise and people in the store
- Control the merchandise flow according to cashier’s procedures.
- Ensure proper usage of all Company’s asset
- Ensure sufficient paper roll on each POS
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standard at cash register
- To report to immediate superior of any faulty a or damaged asset
- Employee training and Development to participate in any Assessment or Performance Review conduct
- To participate in any training activities being assigned to
- Financial Performance Protect all information pertaining to Financial statements and data
