Kapitan Tandoori House in Selangor is seeking a cashier with strong customer service skills to handle daily transactions. The role involves greeting customers, processing payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing friendly service.
• Processing cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Operating the cash register/POS system.
• Issuing receipts and handling refunds or exchanges.
• Counting and balancing cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Checking prices, discounts, and promotions.
• Assisting customers with basic product or store enquiries.
• Keeping the checkout area clean and organized.
• Monitoring and reporting any cash discrepancies.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with stocking or other store duties when required.
• Maintaining good customer service and handling complaints professionally.
