Job Opportunity: Retail Associate

Requirements:
  1. Able to work in a Non-halal retail store
  2. Achieve at least SPM education
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  4. Excellent verbal communication skills in English or dialects
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  6. Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience
Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
  2. Calculate the cost of products or services
  3. Calculate and return change for cash transactions
  4. Maintain adequate change denominations and request additional change when needed
  5. Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers professionally
  7. Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
  8. Report issues with equipment
  9. Work with the team to meet store sales goals
  10. Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  11. Maintain clean and organized checkout and merchandise areas
  12. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and rotating merchandise
  13. Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
  14. Stay updated on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information
