The Cash Product Analyst is responsible for the Business Analysis and Testing activities pertaining to the working capital management solutions related to Cash Management. This includes:
System functional testing for Cash Management products/solutions
Business verification test after IT has implemented new system/enhancement/CR
Involvement in system enhancement/development of Cash Management products
Business Analysis and Management
Subject Matter Expertise on Online Business Current Account Opening (OBCA) system and Corporate Internet Banking (BizChannel) platform (in terms of business functionalities and high level IT understanding)
Work with Product Managers (PMs) to draft Business Requirements (BRD) and perform initial impact analysis on new product development projects (ie. CRs) related to Cash Management IT projects so as to convey clear scope to Technology for assessment
Support product lifecycle activities when required, including initial product conceptualization, gathering business requirements, adhering to new product governance and framework, prepare and participate in user acceptance test and pre and post product rollout activities, ensuring operational readiness including process flows and all related documentation.
Assist PMs with review of IA and FSD on the detailed functional specifications, and ensure end-to-end coverage of Cash Management IT projects (including areas that may involve discussions with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Ops, Tech and BU where required)
Assist with process flow reviews associated with Cash Management products and solutions, particularly areas that impact external and/or internal users
Product Testing and Issue Management
Execute both the UAT and BVT testing activities associated with regular product fixes and new project launches. This pertains to the features of the Cash Management systems, including the OBCA and BizChannel platforms
Preparing or reviewing UAT test script, test data & test cases
Conduct regression testing (where required) on Cash Management platforms due to changes in interfacing systems
Preparing User guide / training material (where appropriate)
Assist with tracking and follow-up with Tech / Ops on production issues pertaining to Cash Management products and solutions
Stakeholder Collaboration
Constant communication and engagement of internal stakeholders, particularly Tech and Ops
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure that controls are built into the product delivery process and adherence to guidelines, policies and procedures set by internal / external regulators.
