Overview

The Cash & Forex (CFX) Sales role focuses on acquiring new deposit customers, managing existing deposit relationships/portfolio, and driving cross-selling of cash management solutions to increase share of operating accounts and FX penetration, thereby growing our Global Markets fee income. The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Cash & Forex (CFX) Sales in the Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) Division.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Drive key KRAs related to deposit & FX growth and ensure successful execution with proven results.
  2. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Area Managers, and relevant stakeholders to grow new and existing customer deposits and non-borrowing portfolios.
  3. Attract new customers through community visits, roadshows, and branch-based sales activities.
  4. Identify business opportunities and assess associated risks using cost-benefit analysis for managerial decision-making.
  5. Manage and develop existing customer relationships, increasing share of wallet within their designated business centers.
  6. Leverage the bank’s transaction banking solutions, including cash management, corporate internet banking, and Global Markets, to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in deposit products or cash management within banking or financial institutions.
