AIA is looking for a Case Management Processing Executive to manage claims processing and ensure payment accuracy. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates should possess Excel skills and be adaptable to a desk-bound work environment. This role may involve shifts and weekend work in Cyberjaya.
Handle email correspondence, calls, and letters related to claims processing.
Assign cases based on business priority, workload, expertise, and availability, ensuring equitable distribution.
Maintain accurate records of all job assignments.
Ensure payment journal and documentation are issued accurately and promptly.
Perform quality checks within service standards, adhering to rules and regulations.
Assist in generating departmental reports and fulfill ad-hoc requests.
Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
Develop technical skills through cross-training to handle or extend claims scope or authority limits.
Perform miscellaneous tasks (5%) as assigned.
Participate in departmental activities and organizational tasks.
Open to fresh graduates from any background.
Experience in MIS with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Dedicated, eager to learn, adaptable to a desk-bound environment, willing to work shifts including weekends and overtime.
Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
Follow Hong Kong working calendar.
