Works with supervision on basic machine tools, such as lathe or mill, to make minor changes or produce simple prototype components.

Assists in fabricating prototype tooling or fixturing.

Assists in the set up, conduct, record data, and summarize test results per defined test plans.

Requires broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes to perform a defined array of activities.

Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area by evaluating and selecting solutions from established operating procedures and/or analytical/scientific methods.

Impacts the quality of own work and team.

Communicates moderately complex technical information within the team.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:

Diploma holder and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience.
