Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in car mechanics is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Able to identify, inspect and repair vehicle problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular vehicle servicing and maintenance, such as changing engine oil and checking brakes, batteries, tyres and related components.
• Inspect, identify and repair mechanical faults and basic vehicle electrical problems.
• Carry out repair work and replacement of spare parts according to workshop procedures.
• Ensure workshop equipment and the working area are always clean, organised and safe.
• Provide good customer service and explain vehicle problems and required repairs in a clear manner.
