Job Responsibility

1. Pursue sales leads for opportunities, attend to phone inquiries and walk-in customers, and proactively source new prospects to achieve sales targets.
2. Assist and support the follow-up process, coordinate the completion of all sales transactions, sales conversions, and loan drawdowns of sold properties. Liaise with end financiers, solicitors, and purchasers regarding sales and loan documentation, as well as credit control management.
3. Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth.
