Job summary

Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad in Sandakan seeks a Sales Advisor to provide a memorable car‑buying experience, promote Nissan vehicles, manage leads, and help achieve sales targets in a contract role.

You'll take part in road shows and events, handle daily prospecting, and deliver high‑level customer service. Fresh graduates with a driving license are welcome; motor trade experience is a plus, and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates welcome.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Experience in motor trade is advantageous.

Pay: Basic Pay + High Commission

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you will represent Nissan in providing customers with a memorable car‑buying experience. You will be responsible for promoting Nissan vehicles, managing sales leads, and achieving sales targets.

• Promote and drive sales of Nissan cars.
• Participate in road shows, sales activities, and launching events.
• Manage the daily sales prospecting.
• Comply with the company’s guidelines and procedures.
• Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service.
• Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the branch sales target.

Job Requirements

• Age 18 years and above with valid car driving license.
• Minimum SPM qualification (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in sales & services industry.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Able to work at the location as advertised.
• Have sales experience in motor trade industry is an added advantage.
• Candidates with own transport is an added advantage.
