Job Responsibility

  • Market survey on the best costing towards all our existing supplier
  • Expand more on the supplier sourcing
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by actively closing deal daily
  • Build relationships with potential dealership and supplier to increase the likelihood of future sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients,provide the best customer service and support as well
  • Do make sure as the workflow are operating efficiently

Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Purchaser to join our dynamic team at ABANG USEDCAR SDN. BHD. in Puchong, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and sourcing high-quality used vehicles to expand our inventory. Your strategic approach and exceptional sales skills will be integral to the company's continued success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients and contracts
  • Negotiate favourable terms and prices when acquiring used vehicles for our inventory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and industry partners
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless buying and selling experience for customers
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and key performance indicators

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in new business development, sales or purchasing roles within the automotive industry
  • Able speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret market data to inform business decisions
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a keen eye for identifying high-quality used vehicles
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
