About the role

ABANG USEDCAR SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Car Accessories Technician to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role is responsible for the installation and maintenance of a wide range of car accessories, ensuring our customers' vehicles are equipped with high-quality aftermarket products.

What you'll be doing

• Install bodykits, repair, and maintain various car accessories such as audio systems, security systems, window tints, and custom lighting
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with installed accessories, providing efficient solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accessories
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation processes and techniques

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Car Accessories Technician or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in installation and maintenance of car accessories
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Good communication skills to liaise with customers and the sales team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
• A valid driver's licence and own transportation
