Tata Consultancy Services in Malaysia seeks a Capital Market Analyst fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to support day-to-day operations and optimize digital channels pre- and post-trade. You will engage clients, onboard digital platforms, and work with cross-functional teams across the bank.

The role covers MCA negotiation for NDF/NDO and Equity Derivatives, coordinating with Legal, and spotting opportunities for digitisation.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and optimization of digital channels pre and post trade.
• Drive digital adoption for Clients and respond to Client queries related to digital channels.
• Assist onboarding of digital platforms for pre and post trade services on internal and external platforms.
• Manage internal and external client queries related to digital platforms.
• Negotiate Master Confirmation Agreements for Non-Deliverable Forward/Non-Deliverable Option and Equity Derivatives.
• Coordinate with Legal on MCA documentation issues during negotiation.
• Identify client opportunities and review with Ops/Sales/OCRM to propose digitisation solutions.
• Respond quickly to stakeholders’ queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Build relationships with Sales, OCRM, Legal, Ops and other internal stakeholders.
• Perform UAT testing for new platform features and facilitate client testing as required.
• Assist in producing reports used by management.
• Guide team members, ensure process conformance, and contribute to quarterly metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
