• Language Proficiency – Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
• Education – Minimum SPM; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Technical Skills – Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Work Schedule – Rotational shifts (5 working days per week) between 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (Mon-Sun).
• Customer Support – Deliver professional assistance, addressing inquiries with accurate information and guidance.
• Service Excellence – Manage incoming customer inquiries through telephone or other channels, ensuring efficient and high-quality service that surpasses expectations.
• Communication Skills – Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with strong questioning and listening abilities, effectively engaging with a diverse customer base.
