What role you will play in the team

• Join our Equipment engineering team as an Entry Level engineer, based in Menara ExxonMobil Kuala Lumpur.
• Provide high-quality technical insights and support for fixed equipment and piping in ExxonMobil’s manufacturing facilities globally.
• Combine materials and corrosion expertise, inspection experience, and static equipment knowledge to ensure operational reliability and safety.
• Engage in proactive thinking, collaboration with global teams, technological advancement, and intellectual property matters, with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Develop your technical skills by supporting our manufacturing sites.
• Assess static equipment and piping in-service conditions.
• Apply corrosion expertise to develop equipment strategies and integrity windows.
• Develop and deploy workflows for integrity, static, and corrosion management globally.
• Optimize inspection plans using data analytics.
• Manage integrity effectiveness, including assessments, review of findings, and strategy updates.
• Leverage digital tools to improve asset performance.
• Oversee regional integrity work metrics for quality and efficiency.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Materials or Mechanical Engineering with strong academic or professional record.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with less than 3 years of experience.
• Demonstrate intellectual rigor, drive, and proactive change leadership.
