Hireon is seeking an administrative professional for the University’s Building Facilities, handling hands-on repair, maintenance, and event setup. You will contribute to fire and safety, M&E systems, sound systems, and general campus operations.

The role requires a diploma with at least three years of experience, strong organisational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and contractors.

Competenze

• Diploma from a recognised institution with at least three years of work experience.
• Sound understanding of facilities and building maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of services in buildings: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sound, fire & safety, A/C, housekeeping, gardening, M&E drawings.

Mansioni

• Administrative position within the University’s Building Facilities.
• Hands-on repair and maintenance, and setting up facilities for functions and events.
• Work with staff on campus to support operations and safety.
