Whom We Are Looking For:

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a Part-Time Campus Ambassador to represent our brand on your university campus. In this role, you will promote Think Academy, share information about our job opportunities, and raise awareness about our career fairs. This position is perfect for students who want to develop their leadership and communication skills while contributing positively to their campus community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Recommendation:Use your network to attract and recommend top candidates fordelegatedteaching roles
  • Resume Collection:Submit valid resumes from qualified candidates
  • Candidate Tracking:Track and engage your candidates to achieve successful hire
  • Event Organization:Plan and host online/offline events to promotethe Company’s job
  • Recruitment Channels: Identify and develop new pathways for recruitment at your university
  • Reporting: Track and report all resumes and hires monthly

Requirements:

  • Enrolled Student: Currently enrolledas an undergraduate student.
  • Communication and Organization Skills:Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Networking and Social Media:Extensive campus network, strong influence, and proficiency in internet social media and copywriting.

Compensation:

  • Per Valid Resume:RM 10 per resume that passes the initial screening stage (meets role criteria).
  • Per Successful Hires:RM 300 per hire
      • 30% paid when the candidate is officially hired
      • 70% paid after 3 months of continuous employment.
  • Payment Cycle:Monthly, based on verified results.
  • Gain Valuable Experience:Develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Networking Opportunities:Connect with professionals in the education industry.
