Overview
Campaign PMO Specialist responsible for managing and coordinating campaign projects across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with Lazada's overall marketing and category strategy.
Responsibilities
- Campaign strategy development
- Campaign execution and management
- Comprehensive understanding of category-specific campaign insights
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication between teams, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum
- Assist in the assessment of campaign performance and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Less than 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing environment (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and proactive with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time
