Operational responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient coordination across departments.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and resolve operational issues.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, proposing and executing solutions to optimize processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and report on operational performance to stakeholders.
- Identify and problem solve any campaign operations related issues.
- Churn out reports and analyze data in a precise and timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset to address emerging challenges.
- Proficient with Excel is a must.
- Able to work on certain weekends during campaign period.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to the dynamic nature of the e-commerce industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with other stakeholders.
