Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly, customer-focused store associate to join our camera and gear team. You will greet walk-in customers, answer questions, and help them choose products that fit their needs.

Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa is preferred, and a practical, hands-on approach is valued. Fresh graduates are welcome; working days are five per week with occasional Saturdays based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Prefer practical, hands-on work over a rigid office routine.
• Mandarin Speaking, English and Bahasa proficiency.
• Like cameras or photography is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Assist customers with camera and gear enquiries, recommendations and purchases.
• Understand what customers are looking for and help them find the right products.
• Handle customer appointments, pickups, orders and after-sales enquiries.
• Reply to customers via WhatsApp, DMs and other online platforms.
• Keep the store, displays and camera gear organised and presentable.
