Job Responsibility
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Telesales Executives to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor team performance through call listening, system reports, and quality assessments.
- Conduct regular team briefings and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and service delivery.
- Ensure daily productivity, call quality, punctuality, and attendance standards are met.
- Handle escalated calls or complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Track and report team performance to management and suggest improvement strategies where necessary.
- Ensure all team activities are compliant with internal guidelines and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
- Certified Call Center or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Experience in telesales with a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of achieving sales results through team management.
- Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.).
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office and call center equipment/software programs and tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability
Job Benefits
Remuneration package:
- Basic: Up RM4,500 (Based on experienced and performance during interview with open negotiable)
- Commission: Applicable (Uncapped)

Working Hour
- 10:00AM - 7:00PM (Including 1 hour break time)
- General 5 working days weekly (Based project assigned)
- Off Day: 2 off days & Public Holiday (Based project assigned)

- Menara Tokio Marine Life, No 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
