Job scope:

Execute outbound calls to provided database about insurance product
To build relationships and communicate with customers in Bahasa Melayu over the telephone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and script
Effectively communicate and promote financial products to customers by telephone.
Work in team

We prefer you to have:

Candidate must possess at least a minimum SPM
Have confident in speaking in Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided
