Job summary

Metcal Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented calibration support professional in Malaysia to prepare certificates and manage calibration data. You will ensure quality compliance with ISO standards and maintain organized documentation to support customer satisfaction.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, good English communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently while upholding safety and quality. Training and performance bonuses are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science or related field preferred.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, responsibly, and well-organized.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and good analytical ability.
• Able to work to time constraints and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• To prepare calibration certificates/service reports according to technical raw data.
• To file calibration raw data.
• To adhere to quality assurance procedures and regulatory requirements such as ISO 17025, ISO 9001, or customer-specific standards.
• To maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work areas.
• To communicate effectively with colleagues to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• To perform any other duties as determined by Management that are beneficial to the company.
