Job description

Brand Building, Training Plan, and Monitoring:

You will adopt a strategic approach to training, assisting the L & D Division In Charge - Cake, Pastry, and Tart in assessing organizational skills and knowledge to determine training needs. You will measure training effectiveness to ensure a return on investment.

Work closely with the Outlet Operation Team to develop and retain skills, maximizing talent development and helping employees reach their full potential.

Assist the L & D Division In Charge - Cake, Pastry, and Tart in creating, developing, and implementing tools and methods to improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience. Manage and update knowledge management systems in line with quality standards, procedures, and process changes.

Build positive relationships with the Outlet Operation Team, including Area Managers and Senior Area Managers, to identify and address operational and organizational development needs.

Serve as a role model in training operational employees on quality product handling, sanitary habits, cleaning, storage procedures, presentation, and plating techniques. Observe inventory and equipment management, and develop methods to streamline operations while maintaining high standards.

Contribute to the development and execution of brand training initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation at all levels.

Monitor and ensure compliance with Secret Recipe Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines, policies, and relevant regulations through training and audit initiatives.

Assist the L & D Division In Charge - Cake, Pastry, and Tart in managing the Cake, Pastry & Tart Training Record Management System, promoting professional development and motivation.

Follow up on customer feedback, audits, and visits to ensure issues are addressed promptly, supporting a quality and service-oriented culture.

Create a conducive work environment by collaborating with the L & D and Operations Teams to meet business objectives.

Provide technical guidance to the Operations Team in developing training programs, utilizing various training techniques including e-learning, tutorials, and coaching.

Be available on the ground to support, train, coach, motivate, and assess employee progress, addressing concerns as needed.

Partner with the Operations Management Team to evaluate training effectiveness in developing technical and leadership skills among employees.

Identify performance gaps and work with the L & D Division In Charge - Cake, Pastry, and Tart to develop and implement targeted training initiatives to improve performance.

Adjust training methodologies as needed and align programs with key business indicators, embedding brand values and guest satisfaction focus.

Champion the brand’s vision, mission, and core values consistently.

Represent the L & D Cake, Pastry & Tart Division in cross-departmental initiatives.

Ensure successful setup for new openings and product launches.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the L & D Division In Charge - Cake, Pastry, and Tart.
