About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY'. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru District Johor and is a vital role within our Hospitality & Tourism business.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next customers
• Handling cash and processing payments
• Assisting with general restaurant duties as required
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and payments accurately
• Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and duties
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
