About the role

Join our vibrant team at JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' as a Waiter in Taman Molek Johor. This full-time role is a crucial part of our hospitality operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers with a friendly and professional manner
• Taking and fulfilling food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned and reset between customer visits
• Recommending menu items and assisting customers with any inquiries
• Processing payments and handling cash responsibly
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
• Supporting the wider team with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as a waiter, server or host
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent service
• Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail when handling payments
• Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the varying needs of our customers
