- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

- Manage and lead the café team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

- Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and cost-effective.

- Implement marketing strategies and promotions to boost weekday sales and increase customer engagement.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance in accordance with local regulations.

- Handle cash flow, sales reports, and financial management to optimize profitability.

- Engage with customers and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Innovate and introduce new menu items or seasonal specials to attract more customers.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of cafe operations, including inventory management and financial reporting.
