Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Kuala Lumpur invites applications for a Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our busy café. You will support store operations, assist in promotions, maintain high service standards, and ensure a welcoming environment for every guest.

Your role includes greeting customers, handling orders, helping with inventory, and collaborating with the Café Manager to achieve sales targets while upholding our brand standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related field.
• Good analytical skills.
• A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
• Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible, reliable and has a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of the profitable café.
• Assist the Café & Assistant Manager in planning and executing all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain an efficient, friendly service standard at all time.
• Politely answer the telephone and customer questions.
• Respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
• Handle all drink and food items during preparation safely.
• Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers.
• Verbally receive and call back customer orders in a friendly manner to meet sales targets.
