Job summary

Qualifications

• Barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about specialty coffee.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks with consistency.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.
• Know the brand offerings and assist with recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow SOPs for quality.
• Keep coffee machines and equipment well-maintained and report issues.
• Collaborate with the team and assist in training new staff.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash per policy.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the cafe.
