Each Position Responsibility:

(1) Front Service Crew
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Order Handling: Prepare and serve beverages and light meals, ensuring quality and presentation meet cafe standards.
- Cashiering: Operate the POS system, handle payments, and issue receipts.
- Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.

(2) Kitchen Crew:
- Food Preparation: Assist chefs with basic food prep tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Cleaning and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Stock Management: Help with receiving and storing food deliveries, checking expiry dates, and organizing stock.
- Support Kitchen Operations: Provide general support during meal service, including setting up workstations and helping with simple cooking tasks as needed.

(3) Playground Crew:
- Event & Party Assistance: Help organize and set up for children events and birthday parties, including decorations, managing guest lists, and assisting with games and activities.
- Supervision and Safety: Ensure children are supervised and play safely during events and regular playtime, stepping in to resolve any conflicts or accidents promptly.
- Customer Service & Coordination: Greet guest and event attendees, provide information about party packages, and assist with any special requests to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Regularly clean and sanitize the play equipment and party areas, ensuring that everything is tidy and safe for the next group of guests.

Working Hours: 10.30am-8.30pm
Off Day: Every Tuesday
Prayer Room: Available
