  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM5,000 per month

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Take customer orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff

  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and dining areas are well-presented

  • Assist with side duties such as restocking, cleaning, and light food preparation as needed

  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Work collaboratively with the broader hospitality team to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle the fast-paced nature of the role

  • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
