  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of café operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Control operating costs, including wages, utilities, and supplier expenses, while ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment through regular site visits and performance assessments.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing coaching, motivation, and performance evaluations while addressing any issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee inventory processes, including stock ordering, replenishment, waste reduction, and stock rotation.
  • Conduct stock audits, coordinate with procurement, and verify supplies through quality control checks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions, monitor initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
